In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed project agreement, the project agreement will take precedence.

Project timelines provided by Alt & Alt, LLC are estimates based on the information available at the time of the proposal. Actual completion times may vary due to weather conditions, permit processing, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any significant changes to your project timeline as promptly as possible.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your individual project agreement. Alt & Alt, LLC may require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or according to a milestone schedule specified in the contract. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as specified in your project contract. Financing options are available through our Hearth financing partnership and are subject to separate terms and approval.
7. Warranties and Guarantees
Specific warranty terms for materials and workmanship are provided in your individual project agreement and may vary depending on the type of service performed and the materials used. Manufacturer warranties, including those from Owens Corning, GAF, and CertainTeed, are governed by the respective manufacturer’s terms and are separate from any warranty provided by Alt & Alt, LLC.
